Les Davenport's RV6A

This aircraft is being built near DeWinton, Alberta, Canada by Les Davenport. Les prepared many record holding Bonneville and drag racing cars and has a very nicely equipped shop complete with a Haas CNC milling machine. Les hopes to fly the aircraft this year.

Power comes from a Lycoming O-360 driving a Hartzell C/S prop.

I visited Les out in High River and took a couple more photos. He reports about a 172 knots TAS at 8000 feet and 75% power.
