Privacy Policy
All information sent to Racetech Inc. regarding E-mail addresses and ordering information is used only for our correspondence with you and placing your order with us. This information is kept confidential and is not released to any other party without your authorization.
How it works
We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All US and international orders are priced and transacted in US dollars. All Canadian orders are priced and transacted in Canadian dollars and are subject to GST. Minimum order is $22, maximum is $3000.
Please note that some banks have placed daily transaction limits and limits on international transactions on certain cards for fraud and stolen card protection purposes. Your transactions may declined as a result. If in doubt, check with your bank before placing the order. Your transaction will also be declined if you enter your information incorrectly or enter an address other than your card statement address.
When ordering over the internet via our secure server, you are first taken to our on-line order forms. There are 4 to choose from which are detailed below. On these forms, you can select the items and quantities that you want to order. There is a price for each item and the form will automatically total a cost for you.
Due to the large increase in attempted fraudulent credit card orders, we now screen orders through several layers of security checks. We reserve the right to refund any suspicious or fraudulent credit card transactions to the cardholder and request alternate means of payment to protect ourselves and legitimate buyers.

Once the forms are filled out, use the "Click to send in order" button at the bottom of the form. This takes you to our secure server's site, Internet Secure. Another form will pop up prompting you for your name, address, phone number and E-mail address. Please note that we must have a street shipping address, we cannot ship to box numbers and that all orders must be shipped to the card statement address only. When this is completed, click on the Submit Button.
This takes you to a third page for your credit card information. You enter your card number and expiry date here. As of Mar. 27/03, online orders will now require the 3 digit PIN number on the back of the card. As of June 1/03 Visa cardholders will also have to register for and provide a password to complete the transaction. When you click on the "Submit Button to Bank" here, your credit card info is encrypted and sent by InternetSecure to your bank for approval. No one ever gets to see your card number. Within 1 minute you will get an indication of whether your transaction has been approved or not. If approved, you will shortly receive an E-mail from InternetSecure detailing your order. We will receive the same E-mail at Racetech detailing your order and shipping address. Your order will be automatically processed, usually within 1 to 3 days, depending on our backlog and sent to you via Fedex.

Shipments must be signed for when they arrive. Shipments are always sent to the card statement address. We do not sell or share your E-mail address or personal information with anyone else.
