The 8F. You've been asking for it and it is now here. Available in two versions.

1. Standard 8F to fit most V8 engines. Comes with Hall sensor and twin coil packs. $1990

2. 8FLS to fit GM LS1 and LS6 engines using the 24 tooth factory reluctor wheel. This is a plug and play system using factory crank, cam, coolant temp, MAP, knock and TP sensors. It plugs into the factory coil sub harnesses. It does not come with coils but does come with all new main and injector wiring plus IAT sensor. Engines with drive by wire throttle bodies must fit a manual TB and compatible TPS. Mainly intended for off road, racing, kit cars, rods and engine swaps. $1480.

Our LS6 test engine is for sale. Brand new crate engine with starter, and coils. Only about 4 hours total running time.


Version 17 software is now shipping. This includes all upgrades from V16 plus new capabilities for 2 step rev limiting and revised code for better ignition control.

    The SDS EM-4 can replace the entire factory EFI system on most engines or upgrade older carbureted engines to port type fuel injection with ignition control.

    SDS eliminates MAF sensors and old style AFMs.

    By selecting the correct MAP sensor, boost pressures up to 60 psi may be used. EM-4 is designed to control port type injection only. It can be configured to drive low or high impedance injectors and gives a good idle even with very large injectors fitted.

    With SDS, the programming software is embedded, reliable and proven- nothing to load and values are retained in memory even with power off. Programming can be accomplished with the engine turned off or running. Four gauge modes permit real-time monitoring of all sensor inputs to the ECU. A mixture trim knob permits a full + or - 50% change in pulse width from the programmed values. Major SDS components are housed in quality aluminum enclosures and we offer a 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

    The EM-4 series has been extensively proven in over 14 years of development, testing and real world use on a variety of street, race and special applications. It has been successfully used on cars, boats and amateur built aircraft.
